Please find attached a Letter of Intent Counter from Dr. Kachalia for your review.
Please note that Dr. Kachalia would like to be in the office for 8 week after the close and is requesting a $5,000 deposit.
If acceptable, please initial, sign and date and return it to our office by fax to 510-844-0337.
